Certification for 2013-2016 Olympiad: All certified officials must be recertified every 4 years. For information on the process for certification and recertification, go to USATF's New Certification Process for 2013-2016 and Certification Forms and Rules Reviews.

2015 Rules: Go to USATF Officials Resource Center for important 2014 rules changes and links to the latest on-line rule books for IAAF, USATF, NCAA, and High School. For a comparison of rules for the different governing bodies, purchase Jim Hanley's 2014 Track & Field Rule Book Differences at jim.hanley.cc.
Uniforms: The local uniform consists of white shirt and khaki slacks, shorts or skirts. Morgan's Monograms is the local source for officials' shirts. Take your own white shirt (or purchase at Morgan's) for the embroidered USATF Certified Officials logo and your name (optional).
On-Line Training: The National USATF Officials Training Center contains useful training tutorials, manuals, forms, and resources for track and field officials.
